Description
Volcanic Ash STRIDE frame with Solar Rust lenses.
Semi-rim. Full focus.
STRIDE is a semi-rim performance frame built for movement at every pace. It shares the proven fit geometry of PACE, with the same locked-in feel and balanced support, in a lighter, faster form.
A sculpted upper frame flows into an exposed lower lens edge, opening up field of view and airflow without giving up stability on hard efforts. The design draws on ancient amulets and talismans tied to energy, protection and focus.
The lenses are ZEISS Impacto™, with full 100% UVA/UVB protection, shaped to an 8B dual curve for wide, undistorted vision. A RI-PEL front coating helps moisture, sweat and grime slide off the lens and keeps it easy to clean. A Ri-PEx anti-reflective back coating cuts internal reflections and glare bouncing back into the eye, for better contrast and less strain on long days.
The whole lens system is built for high-output endurance conditions: heat, humidity, sweat, rapid temperature shifts and long hours in the sun. The frame is SLS 3D printed in the USA from aerospace-grade nylon and weighs 26g.
Solar Rust lets through 26.94% of visible light, a warm rust tint for mixed light and changing conditions.
Built to disappear once the run begins. This is STRIDE.
Please note: Lenses may appear lighter/more transparent than they are due to the flash used when taking the product images.
