How We Make Our Frames
We start with aerospace-grade nylon — the kind of material you'd normally find in jet engines or high-performance gear. Then we run it through a process called Selective Laser Sintering (SLS), which sounds intense because it is.

Instead of injection molding (read: mass-produced plastic), we 3D print each frame layer by layer, using a high-powered laser to fuse fine nylon powder into solid form. No tools, no molds, no waste. Just clean, made-to-order precision.
