Shipping policy

RESEARCH STUDIO™ ships world wide from fulfillment hubs located in Europe and USA. All orders are typically processed and dispatched within 24–36 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday, excluding national bank holidays in Denmark and the USA).

Estimated Delivery Time:

Standard delivery is approximately 3-7 business days, depending on the destination. We also offer Express delivery within 1-2 business days

Shipping Locations:

  • EU & UK orders are shipped from our warehouse in Denmark.
  • All other orders are shipped from our USA hub.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. This number can be used to track your package via our website or directly with the carrier.

Please note: Import duties, taxes, and customs fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are not included in your order total and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
